Is your site secure with my personal information?
Yes we have gone to the greatest lengths to protect our customers information. We have proccesed 1000's of orders with 0 problems in this area. While you are shopping on the site you will not see the "secure lock" in the bottom right corner but once you go to "Check Out" you are sent to a secured server where you will see the "secure lock". If you still have concerns you may call us to place your order over the phone.
How do I change or cancel an order?
If you need to change or cancel an order please email us info@kitchen-mart.com be sure to put "cancel order" in the subject line. If there is something you need to change be sure to explain that in the email. We will work with you in anyway to inhance your shopping experience.
What payment types do you accept?
Kitchen-Mart accepts payment several different ways:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover -- These are the most popular means of payment, this can be proccessed through our secured shopping cart just by entering the information during check out;
Paypal -- We do accept paypal, please contact use with what you would like to order. We will then send you a Paypal Invoice. All payments and inquires should be directed to info@kitchen-mart.com
Cashiers Check or Money Order
You may also fax or call in your information and order these instructions are listed on the order form

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?
Yes we do offer shipping on APO/FPO orders, because packages sent APO/FPO require additional processing, and there is also an additional higher risk of lost or damaged packages, additional freight charges will apply to orders shipped other than UPS Ground.
